We will craft a beautiful personalized Ways of Wellness retreat specifically for YOU that encompasses body, mind, heart, & spirit practices so you can go deeper into your own healing journey.
Held at our home in the bush, Birdsong Retreat & Sanctuary, you will stay in the Buddha Bungalow which offers stunning views of the Akaroa Harbour and you will be serenaded by the myriad calls of the local birdlife.
All retreats begin with working with your physical body temple. You will be provided with three delicious, nutrient dense, organic, wholesome meals per day and you will have the choice to have meals with us or on your own.
I can then tailor a wellness package for you which might include any of the modalities I offer: Shamanic practices, counseling, breathwork, homesteading/organic gardening knowledge.

Free-time (read from our extensive library on shamanism, herbalism, sacred geometry, buddhism, indigenous plant medicines and more), AND/OR
Afternoon heart session (crafting, singing, counseling, cooking lesson)
Evening Meal
Evening mind session (meditation, mantra, chanting practice)
