This experience will begin with an intention of healing and unification- a Cacao Activation. Healers in many cultures have traditionally used cacao to alleviate a host of mental and physical afflictions, such as depression, insomnia, nervousness, and excitability, as well as to regulate blood pressure and sugar levels, and prevent cardiometabolic diseases.
If you have not tried the Cacao Ambassador’s cacao you are in for a real treat, and if you have we know you’ll already be as excited as we are!
Y O G A
Movement with intention to open the heart. This yoga practice will be available to all levels.
We will move to the rhythm of our own beat with softness with kindness and flow. We will focus deeply on expanding our heart space through a uniquely designed sequence to help us unravel the shield we have to protect our hearts. By opening our hearts in the physical sense we allow space to experience greater depths of our own self. Allowing us to expand in love.
S E A S O N S O F S E L F
When we look at nature we see the seasons, the moon, the tides, the elements etc. And so it is with us. When we start to recognise our ‘ inner seasons’ we can begin to understand and embody the lessons and move through the winter, dark moon, low tide and things that come our way with ease and grace.
During this workshop we will learn some beautiful practices and processes that will set us up for success during our most difficult times in life and help us to get out of the rut when we get stuck.
B R E A T H W O R K

With awareness, we can use breathwork to break through barriers in our life. It has the power to help us overcome blocks or stressors that create anxiety, depression, grief, and fear. With conscious breath, we can fuel our own healing and transformation and bring a new level of expansion to our lives.
Jenine will guide you through the ancient eastern breathing technique, holding space for you to do the work and be in control of your own healing. The method often does not come easy; obstacles in our minds often confront us. By using the breath as our anchor we can breakthrough these obstacles soften our emotions and let them go.
S O U N D H E A L I N G
Therapeutic sound impacts our nervous system, slowing the heart, brain and respiratory rates down to induce a state of deep relaxation and peace. We can drop into delta, alpha and theta brain wave state. Allowing deep healing to occur. These states are considered the gateway to the subconscious mind and it’s here where we experience heightened creativity, depth of imagination, and access to the subconscious realms where deep-seated healing can take place.
When the brain waves and body are synchronized, balance can be restored and stress can be released.

Reflecting on what we have experienced in a group setting , allows us to connect and trust. It allows us a time of self reflection and integration. We invite you to share to feel held and be supported by your community.
