Reflect & Release

with Jenine Kerr & Jill Genet

REFLECT & RELEASE

Autumn is such an amazing time of year.
Nature is preparing to let go of what has come to fruition and what no longer serves, before its rebirth and new beginnings.
It’s a time we can see visible change happening around us.
It’s a time for forgiveness & acceptance.
It’s time for us to harvest the fruits of our labor.
Autumn is a great time to set new boundaries and settle into the safety and security of this earthy plane.
We start to retreat inwards and get ready to journey into winter, the next part of our journey.
Let’s reflect on what we has come to pass over this last season of our lives.
Let’s accept change.
Did what you plant come to fruition?

This experience will begin with an intention of healing and unification- a Cacao Activation. Healers in many cultures have traditionally used cacao to alleviate a host of mental and physical afflictions, such as depression, insomnia, nervousness, and excitability, as well as to regulate blood pressure and sugar levels, and prevent cardiometabolic diseases.
If you have not tried the Cacao Ambassador’s cacao you are in for a real treat, and if you have we know you’ll already be as excited as we are!

Autumn facilitates you going deeper into the core of your being. It’s in the sacral chakra that we hold our feelings around intimacy, worthiness, sensuality, creativity and desires.

Through the practice of Asana, Mantra and Affirmation we will focus this practice around loosening your hips and ultimately loosening your grip on life and letting things flow. With fluidity, transformation of your relationships, including your relationship with yourself can flourish. This yoga practice welcomes all levels.

Ho’oponopono is a traditional Hawaiian practice of reconciliation and forgiveness. The Hawaiian word translates into English simply as correction, with the synonyms manage or supervise. Similar forgiveness practices are performed on islands throughout the South Pacific, including Hawaii, Samoa, Tahiti and New Zealand.
Jill is a certified Ho?oponopono teacher and will be your guide through this transformative practice.

Just as the trees release their leaves, so we must too unburden ourselves. During this ceremony we will be intentionally letting go of the burdens we have been carrying, and saying goodbye to unwanted energy.

“Breath is the bridge which connects life to consciousness, which unites your body to your thoughts.”— Thich Nhat Hanh.
With awareness, we can use breathwork to break through barriers in our life. It has the power to help us overcome blocks or stressors that create anxiety, depression, grief, and fear. With conscious breath, we can fuel our own healing and transformation and bring a new level of expansion to our lives.
Jenine will guide you through the ancient eastern breathing technique, holding space for you to do the work and be in control of your own healing. The method often does not come easy; obstacles in our minds often confront us. By using the breath as our anchor we can break through these obstacles, soften our emotions and let them go.

Therapeutic sound impacts our nervous system, slowing the heart, brain and respiratory rates down to induce a state of deep relaxation and peace. We can drop into delta, alpha and theta brain wave states. Allowing deep healing to occur. These states are considered the gateway to the subconscious mind and it’s here where we experience heightened creativity, depth of imagination, and access to the subconscious realms where deep-seated healing can take place.
When the brain waves and body are synchronised, balance can be restored and stress can be released.

Reflecting on what we have experienced in a group setting , allows us to connect and trust. It allows us a time of self reflection and integration. We invite you to share to feel held and be supported by your community.
