Journey into Stillness – Reconnect with Wairua (spirit)
The first retreat was a stellar experience and now our second retreat is in creation mode. We have SO much juicy goodness to share with you all.
A weekend for wahine (women) of Self and sisterhood connection, meditation and reflection, yoga, pranayama, journaling, nourishing kai (food), sacred silence and ceremonial circles, all set amidst the native bush and bountiful rolling hills of Birdsong Retreat in Wainui, Banks Peninsula.
As we approach Autumn and feel into Mother Nature’s rhythms take note ~ it is a time to slow down, to root to the earth, to quiet and turn inwards. We will explore the magic of silence, of nourishing ourselves physically, emotionally and spiritually so that we may wind down towards deep rest in Winter in order to be reborn anew in Spring.
Prepare to be taken on a journey from your intellectual mind down into the depths of your heart~ to be held, witnessed, seen and supported by other beautiful soul sisters doing their own work alongside you. Together we will inspire each other and thus transform ourselves and the world at large as the ripples of our inner mahi (work) radiate to touch all the people we share ourselves, our stories and our experiences with.

Camila Nieuwlands ~ Yoga (restorative, yin yang, kundalini and more), meditation (traditional stillness as well as movement and food meditation) and guided self enquiry journaling (think topics of self care, body talk, food/emotional psychology…)
